We are seeking a Service Now Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Service Now projects. This role requires a strategic leader with hands‑on experience overseeing the implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules
, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, governance frameworks, and platform best practices.
As a key member of the technology organization, you will manage cross‑functional teams, drive technical excellence, and support the continuous improvement of Service Now capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of Service Now projects from design through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules
, including workflows, integrations, and reporting. - Manage cross-functional project teams consisting of developers, architects, analysts, and key business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets
, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. - Facilitate requirements gathering
, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives. - Ensure adherence to ITIL, Agile, and CSDM frameworks and governance standards.
- Track and report project performance using Service Now dashboards and defined KPIs.
- Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure user adoption and operational sustainability.
- Partner with enterprise architects to define the long‑term Service Now roadmap
, including upgrades, integrations, and new capability rollouts.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex Service Now projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, and reporting within the Service Now ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
