These hires will support our Payments Technology Agility Transformation program, specifically enabling our internal engineering analytics through Thought Spot.
The work involves building, extending, and optimizing Thought Spots embedded analytics capabilities to improve visibility into engineering performance and delivery patterns across Payments Technology.
Required Skillset- Both roles are full-stack engineering positions, but with a clear emphasis on the following
- Thought Spot-related areas Strong hands‑on experience with Thought Spot development, including Worksheet and view modeling
- Data modeling for search‑driven analytics TML (Thought Spot Modeling Language)
- Liveboard development and optimization
- Solid understanding of integrating Thought Spot with upstream data sources and pipelines
- Ability to work across the full stack (Java, Node, Python acceptable), with the ability to extend or operationalize Thought Spot capabilities when needed
- Experience designing and delivering analytics features that are performant, maintainable, and user‑centric
- Thought Spot SQL data modeling fundamentals
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Experience with APIs and integration patterns
- Jira familiarity is a plus (work will be aligned to our engineering operating model)
