A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Continuity Processes Analyst.

Duration: 12+ months

Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC

As a Business Continuity Processes Analyst you will:

Support the Business Continuity Program by coordinating and tracking Application Resiliency and Disaster Recovery testing across Global Technology (ARC, SAP, APL, Data Restore). Drive annual resiliency improvements, monitor compliance, manage escalations, and partner with technology teams to ensure testing completeness, documentation accuracy, and timely delivery of risk artifacts.

• Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery testing.
• Experience coordinating testing with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; reporting and tracking expertise.
• JIRA experience.
• Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Prior Business Continuity/BCM experience.
• Process improvement or Operational Excellence exposure.
• Experience in a global environment.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Access, Visio.
• Curious, improvement-focused mindset.

Pay Range*: $40 - $45 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
