Job Title: Data Architect (Marketing & Data Engineering)

Location: Tampa, FL (onsite)

We are looking for a Data Architect to join the Marketing and Technology organization in Tampa, FL or Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate is a technically strong data professional with a modern data engineering mindset who enjoys enabling business and marketing teams through reliable, well-structured data. This role will involve designing and maintaining scalable data architectures, enabling analytics and visualization, and partnering cross-functionally to remove data-related obstacles.

• Data Architecture & Modeling:
  Design and maintain logical, physical, and dimensional data models that support analytics, reporting, and performance at scale.
• Data Engineering & Transformation:
  Build and optimize SQL‑based data transformations and pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality data across systems.
• Analytics Enablement:
  Enable marketing and business teams with timely, accurate access to data through dashboards, reports, and visualization tools.
• Cross‑Functional Partnership:
  Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Technology, and Analytics teams to align data architecture with business needs.
• Data Quality & Governance:
  Ensure consistency, accuracy, and documentation of data to support scalability and trust in reporting.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
  
  6+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles.
• Ability to work primarily from the office in Tampa or Atlanta; occasional travel between locations may be required.

• Data modeling and architecture design (fact/dimension schemas)
• Advanced SQL and data transformation
• Modern data platforms and analytics enablement
• Marketing and performance analytics environments
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar

• Experience modernizing legacy data or database-centric environments
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and analytics stacks
