Business Analyst

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
• Use Microsoft Power Automate and other Office 365 tools to improve business processes
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in Excel and other analytical tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and HR teams to streamline cross-departmental processes
• Support data integrations and EDI transactions between systems and external partners
• Document workflows, process maps, and system diagrams
• Maintain databases, monitor data accuracy, and assist with troubleshooting and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field is required
• Strong technical skills are required
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data modeling)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Office 365 is required
• EDI and database experience preferred
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
