The Impact You Will Have In This RoleDrive the design and delivery of blockchain-based applications for leading financial institutions. Bridge business objectives and technical execution by collaborating with smart contract engineers, frontend engineers, product owners, and operations teams to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions. Focus on complex workflows such as collateral management, securities lending, corporate actions, and direct indexing.
Your Primary Responsibilities- Lead collaboration with business users, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for blockchain-based financial applications
- Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, including use cases, user stories, process flows, data models, and smart contract event schemas
- Prioritize requirements based on business value, regulatory impact, and technical feasibility in partnership with stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions and manage stakeholder expectations, building consensus across engineering, product, compliance, and external partners
- Operate within an Agile development framework, leading sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, with a focus on smart contract logic, on-chain/off-chain integrations, and compliance controls
- Oversee validation and acceptance testing, including scenario design for on-chain events and audit-ready evidence collection
- Continuously evaluate solution performance against KPIs and non-functional requirements, driving iterative enhancements and operational excellence

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in financial services or fintech, with at least 2 years working on blockchain or smart contract platforms
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contract lifecycle, and their applications in institutional finance
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum governance, and backlog management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects in a regulated environment
- Experience with blockchain-based financial systems, smart contract platforms (e.g., Solidity/EVM), and tokenized asset workflows
- Familiarity with financial services regulations, compliance requirements (e.g., OFAC, SEC, Reg SCI), and audit processes
- Background in digital asset management, collateral lifecycle, or tokenized financial instruments
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, business process modeling software, and blockchain analytics platforms
