We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategy, oversee campaign execution, and drive measurable ROI for our partners and our company.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing strategies that align with partners’ objectives and company growth goals. This role requires a balance of creative vision, analytical thinking, leadership, and hands‑on execution across multiple channels. The hybrid role (Tampa, FL) reports into Orchard Park’s Managing Partner and manages direct report(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies for partners and internal campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor internal and outsourced team of digital marketers fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Campaign Development & Execution
  • Oversee paid digital media campaigns (Paid Search + Shopping ads, Social (Meta, Linked In, etc.), Programmatic, You Tube, etc.) from planning to optimization.
  • Oversee SEO, GEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and rankings.
  • Coordinate Email / SMS marketing lists, campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM integrations.
  • Leverage AI automation tools for campaign personalization and workflow efficiency.
  • Continually leverage new capabilities in the digital marketplace to better assist marketing partners.
CRM, Database Management, Customer Targeting
  • Oversee CRM / List data to ensure accuracy and proper segmentation.
  • Implement nurture sequences, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. Ensure data compliance.
  • Help define customer attributes for various targeting efforts.
  • Lead market research efforts related to digital demand and use learnings to help define or inform the development of ideal customer profiles.
Ecommerce & Website Development Oversight
  • Support ecommerce marketing strategy, execution, and Shopify integration.
  • Influence partner website strategy recommending industry best practices (i.e. website platform, metadata, privacy policy) in collaboration with developers and designers.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for UX/UI, SEO, GEO, and conversion.
  • Oversee the integration of analytics, and marketing automation tools into websites; as well as hosting and SSL Certification.
Data, Reporting, & Performance Optimization
  • Set clear KPIs for campaigns, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI, ROAS, and marketing spend (budget).
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Databox, etc.) for reporting, decision-making, and clear data presentation.
  • Recommend / conduct testing for various ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to optimize campaign results.
  • Monitor dashboards and present analysis / recommendations internally or to external partners.
Partner Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal team members (Account Managers) and Partners to align digital strategy and execution with company goals.
  • Recommend / present clear and compelling strategies, reports, and performance updates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively recommending new digital opportunities and assistance with client (partner) proposals.

Additional support:
Support Orchard Park Marketing and its partners with various ad‑hoc support including, but not limited to website domain management, digital account security.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing high‑performing marketing campaigns.
