Your work will rely on native fluency in Spanish and a Venezuelan cultural background to support a social media program in Tampa, FL. Preferred candidates will read/write in a Spanish dialect native to the specified area.

How a Venezuelan Analyst Will Make an Impact

• Develops and maintains expertise with designated regional issues and draws upon publicly available online information resources.
• Reads, analyzes, and drafts communications regarding regional and ideological discussions in specified foreign language media environments.
• Examines current media statements or postings to support trend analysis and identifies key communicators.
• Demonstrates reading and writing expertise in the assigned language and incorporates custom social media solutions to comprehend online environments and communicate trends effectively.
• Supports operations planning.
• Demonstrates knowledge of online social media and different technologies, and documents activities, notes, informative papers, or whitepapers written in English.
• Some travel may be required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree required; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience.
• Security clearance level:
  Minimum DoD Secret clearance required.
• Skills and abilities:
  
  Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on‑call status for periods of time may be required. Selected candidates will be language‑tested.

Salary Range

The likely salary range for this position is $82,283 – $111,323. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
