Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (100% onsite)

Duration: 06/30/2025 – 01/31/2026

Training: Onsite training for approx. 60 days (includes shadowing, modules)

Summary:

Seeking a high-touch, customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for Windows environments. Candidate must be skilled in troubleshooting complex desktop, network, and hardware issues, and deliver outstanding customer service. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in desktop/helpdesk support (Windows, MS Office)
• Strong hands-on experience with PC hardware, break/fix, installations, and upgrades
• Proficiency in troubleshooting BSOD, registry, and network connectivity issues
• Experience with backups, recovery, and software installation
• Knowledge of Service Now and security best practices
• Excellent communication, patience, and customer service skills
• Must be able to work onsite full-time (no remote or hybrid)
