Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit top accounting and finance professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
  • Develop new client relationships through targeted business development and direct marketing efforts
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by delivering consistent, high-quality talent solutions
  • Build long-standing relationships with accounting, finance, and human resources decision makers
  • Source candidates through networking, direct outreach, referrals, and online recruiting tools
  • Interview accounting and finance professionals to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural fit
  • Provide career guidance to candidates and match them with appropriate opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles, present qualified candidates, and manage the interview and offer process
  • Coordinate interviews, relay feedback, assist with negotiations, and manage follow-up throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting, staffing, or sales
  • Ability to manage work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting at all levels of an organization
  • Comfortable building relationships via phone, social media, and face-to-face meetings
  • Driven, competitive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and good sense of humor
