Payroll Supervisor (*On-Site

Overview

Our client is looking for a Payroll Supervisor.

On-Site: 4 days week, 1 day remote (Tampa)

Compensation: $90,000-$95,000

• Lead payroll operations across multiple pay groups
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across federal, state, and local regulations
• System Migration: Play a lead role in transitioning from our current payroll platform to a new HRIS, including data validation, parallel testing, and process mapping.
• Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our HRIS vendor to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Support audits, reporting, and payroll-related inquiries
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on payroll strategy and risk mitigation

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with ownership of payroll operations
• Extensive, hands-on ADP experience (administration, configuration, implementation)
• Proven experience with multi-state payroll
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Collaborative mindset with strong customer service orientation

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing/hourly workforce environments
• CPP certification
• UKG experience
