Jr. HR Business Partner Health (Finance)

USF Health is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to partner with the University of South Florida’s Health branch, providing HR support and contributing to a strategic transformation of the Human Resources function.

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience or an HR internship.
• Understanding of Florida’s SB 1310 degree-equivalency requirements for public employers.
• Proficiency in providing HR support, employee relations, and workforce planning.

• Provides support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
• Participates in employee orientations and organizational development, workforce, or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies.
• Leads, creates, and/or supports project initiatives and deliverables.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
