The Role of a Sales Recruitment Consultant
  • Finding new Clients through the use of business development calls to advertise and sell your brand, with how you can add value to them.
  • Sourcing new candidates by posting adverts on job boards, headhunting on Linked In and building your own personal brand to attract a key audience.
  • Matching your candidates' skillset to your clients' needs, conduct phone interviews and organize meetings with both parties.
  • Building rapport and developing relationships for repeat business.
