Principal Responsibilities:
Data entry responsibilities, including importing, cleaning, and validating staff and organizational data. Interface with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely entry.Provide input to requirements, process flows, and design documents to align platform configuration with business needs.Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports, queries, and dashboards to support HR functions. Provide metrics and analytics by transforming and visualizing data.Troubleshoot, research, and resolve system issues via hotlines and mailboxes.Assist end users with system functionalities and features. Support HR processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation cycles.Develop, deliver, and maintain training for end-users, managers, and other stakeholders.Develop and maintain procedural documentation reflecting business processes.Drive the organization towards a self-service model by automating reports and dashboards.Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing during system implementations and updates.Participate in the global transformation of the HR system to the next generation.Experience:
2-4 years in HRIS or related fields.
