Overview
Metasys Technologies is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our Client's CEMS business line. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in environmental, safety, or regulated industries, with CEMS experience being highly desirable (though rare!).
This role partners closely with talent leadership and hiring managers to deliver timely, effective, and compliant recruitment solutions, emphasizing full-cycle recruiting, diverse talent pipelines, and an exceptional candidate experience

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines across multiple skill levels and roles.
- Design targeted sourcing plans to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, professional networks, social media, research tools, and direct outreach to source active and passive candidates.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on competencies, skills, cultural fit, availability, motivation, compensation expectations, and location requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activity within the HRIS/ATS.
- Ensure organized and compliant records on candidates, searches, and recruiting activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver feedback and efficiently coordinate interviews.
- Support a high-quality candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Participate in recruiting initiatives such as panel interviews, training workshops, career fairs, university events, and special projects as needed.
- Proven experience as a corporate or agency recruiter with full-cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing expertise.
- Experience recruiting in environmental, safety, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and consult with stakeholders.
- Ability to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs and business priorities.
- Adaptable to new sourcing channels and continuously improving recruitment processes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Contract role with potential for conversion to permanent.
