Do you enjoy figuring out people, financial and product issues and solving it by looking at data, KPIs and other analysis? Our manufacturing client in Tampa is looking to hire a Senior, Global BI Analyst for the HR team, to generate executive-level reports for senior and executive leadership (CEO and Board-level) on a m/m basis.
Your work will influence change through the creation and development of global HR analytics and data insights, while supporting the implementation of the global HR strategy.
This high-visibility role will also work closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders, globally, to provide strategic insights that inform workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management and retention initiatives.
Tools and qualificationsTools:
Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, OData or similar tools, along with expert level Excel and a proven skill in developing and analyzing advanced people analytics, HR dashboards and labor reporting.
