Team

We are seeking a passionate and strategic individual to serve as the Global Giving Back & People Experience Manager. This manager‑level role will design, implement, and scale initiatives that strengthen our company’s culture of giving back, employee experience, and community impact in partnership with the Global People Experience Leader and other senior People Experience team members. The ideal candidate will be a connector, innovator, and advocate for creating meaningful experiences that empower employees to give back and thrive at work and embed our culture and core values into the overall employee experience.

They will report to the Global People Experience Leader.

How You Will Contribute Global Giving Back Strategy
  • Develop and execute a global framework, overall program and communication plans for the giving back program to help increase awareness and volunteerism.
  • Act as a thought leader for giving back and people experience (within our employee lifecycle and large events) across the organization.
  • Main point of contact for national/global organizations and execution plan
  • Partner with regional teams to localize initiatives while maintaining global alignment.
  • Build partnerships with nonprofits, NGOs, and community organizations to maximize impact.
  • Track and report on giving back metrics, including volunteer hours, donations, and employee participation/impact.
  • Inspire employees at all levels to participate in community impact programs.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient program delivery.
Employee Experience
  • Partners with the Director of Employer Branding and Engagement to drive experience initiatives and strategies.
  • Design programs that enhance employee belonging, recognition, and well‑being throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Inclusive Diversity, and GPO leadership teams to integrate giving back and our core values and culture into the overall people experience with the help from the GPO People Experience Lead.
  • Lead campaigns and events that celebrate employee contributions and foster a culture of purpose.
  • Gather employee feedback and continuously improve initiatives to meet evolving needs.
  • Go to person for driving employee experience playbook at large trainings, events, and AMUs.
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in Consulting, employee engagement, HR, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to design and scale global programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to inspire participation.
  • Passion for social impact and creating exceptional employee experiences.
