We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Human Resources - Employee Relations Specialist for a prominent client of ours.
Job Description- Manage assigned ER/LR operational activities to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), operational level agreements (OLAs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure timely, compliant handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation requests; provide expert guidance to ER/LR Specialists.
- Investigate and prepare responses to EEOC and equivalent government agency charges across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.
- Support collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations and ongoing contract administration.
- Serve as ER/LR Country Leader (e.g., Canada, Puerto Rico) and/or business segment leader.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years progressive HR experience with a concentration in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Generalist experience researching, investigating, and addressing employee misconduct and below job performance standards; providing guidance to management.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and applications (e.g. ERP, HRIS, Applicant Management Systems, etc.).
