Talent and Leadership Development Manager
What you’ll do- Design and execute the implementation of employee development guidelines, programs and policies (job rotation, mentoring, coaching, assessments and others) ensuring governance and metrics.
- Support, design, and help execute the implementation of leadership development frameworks for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and data driven analysis. This includes support for ELT talent discussions and materials, with strong attention to detail, organization and storytelling.
- Consult and partner with HRBPs and key business stakeholders in delivering development products.
- Demonstrate innovative leadership and subject matter expertise in a consulting role, providing guidance as needed on readiness and development topics.
- Partner with Strategic Workforce Planning, TA, Talent Programs and Culture and Learning teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field is required.
- A minimum of five years of related experience.
- Digital mindset.
- Able of analytics driven by data.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
- Familiarity with modern HRIS systems, e.g. Workday, SAP and other applicable technology, e.g. Power
BI.
