Our client is a multi-regional business organization, specializing in managing and scaling large-scale commercial operations across the East Coast. We’re partnering with them to help identify a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Tampa, FL!

Responsibilities:
  • You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring professionals across various departments
  • Oversee the entire process from requisition to offer acceptance for diverse roles within our client's organization.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source both passive and active candidates using various channels, including online databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure clear communication and timely feedback to provide a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers and successfully close candidates, facilitating a smooth transition into the client's company.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter with success in sourcing and attracting talent in various capacities and roles.
  • Experience recruiting for sales and business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms.
  • Naturally proactive, with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to securing top talent quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
