PositionSummary
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for creating a white-glove experience for all our candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will engage with candidates directly throughout the recruitment process; from scheduling interviews and extending offersto initiating background checks and onboarding initiatives. They willalso partner with the recruiters to support their assigned function andensure all Hiring Managers and HR Team understand the recruitment process as well as their roles/responsibilities.
This role is critic alto driving a positive candidate experience and is an opportunity to interact and attract our future talent.
- Prepares and sends offer letters/packets
- Provide excellent communication to candidates through phone and email correspondence.
- Performs background investigation, i.e., prior employment references, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base as election decision
- Notifies final candidates of consideration or rejection
- Partner with recruiting team to understand the culture and business drivers of the assigned functional area.
- Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process.
- Support team with key strategic, HR and process improvement initiatives
- Spearheading and taking ownership of the onboarding process to close
- Administrative & Other HR/Recruiting duties as assigned
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
- Requires strong organizational & time management skills
- 0 2 years experience providing administrative, recruiting, or human resources support
- Ability to work within Excel and Microsoft Teams (huge plus if experienced with Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly motivated, able to take initiative and is a proactive problem solver
- Positive attitude, team player, comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
- Impeccable integrity and ethical standards
- Self-aware, accepting, honest, open, and respectful of others
