We are seeking an HRIS Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP, HR Operations, the HRIS Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of HR systems and reporting tools. This role drives HR technology initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and analytics, to deliver actionable insights that support workforce planning and business objectives. Partnering closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams, the HRIS Manager ensures scalable, efficient solutions while managing vendor relationships and maintaining governance standards.
This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with project leadership skills and a consultative approach to process improvement. A broad base of experience across Human Resources is preferred.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HRIS operations and reporting tools; drive system enhancements, integrations, and analytics.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain governance standards.
- Translate business needs into system and reporting solutions; support workforce planning and business objectives.
- Lead projects across a distributed organizational structure; mitigate risks and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required
- 5+ years’ progressive experience in Human Resources with direct experience managing HRIS operations and analytics
- Extensive hands-on experience with UKG or comparable HRIS platforms, including integrations, data mapping, and reporting development
- Strong project management skills; PMP or equivalent preferred
- Broad HR experience including HR Generalist/Business-facing roles preferred
- Policy development and process documentation experience preferred
- Experience with HR transformation in small to mid-size companies
- Strong compliance orientation and data governance awareness
- Technical aptitude with HR technologies, data architecture, and reporting tools
- Ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders and tight deadlines
- High learning agility, collaborative and consultative work style
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive workforce insights
- Self-directed with comfort in ambiguity and a high level of professional integrity
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
