Associate Recruitment Consultant – Property Development & Construction

Location: Tampa, FL – Office-based (Downtown)

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of your desk in a high-demand construction niche
• Source and place high-quality candidates
• Build relationships with senior-level professionals
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and grow your market presence
• Hit and exceed targets alongside a motivated team

Who You Are:

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles
• Confident communicator, commercially aware
• Goal-driven, proactive, and motivated by results
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building new business
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
