Senior Recruiter – Executive Search (Construction)

Location: Tampa, Florida (office in Downtown)

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (office based)

, with offices in Texas, Florida, and London. We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Tampa team.

We’re looking for a proven 360 recruiter with strong business development skills who’s ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll operate in a high-performance environment with direct mentorship from top billers and clearly defined routes to promotion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and grow your desk within a high-demand U.S. construction niche
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: client development, candidate sourcing, and successful placements
• Build long-term relationships with senior professionals across the construction industry
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and strategically expand your market presence
• Collaborate with a motivated and ambitious team to consistently exceed targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in 360 agency recruitment is a must
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and close deals
• Results-driven, proactive, and motivated by success
• Confident in managing outbound calls and creating new client relationships
