• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, tools, and utensils in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean, sort, and put away all items in the dishwasher.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and perform other assigned duties.
• Assist with light prep work in the kitchen.
