We are seeking an exceptional Chef - White Coat to join our prestigious hospitality team, dedicated to serving Hall of Fame guests
. This role blends culinary expertise with front-of-house excellence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Engagement:
  Warmly welcome all Hall of Fame guests with a professional and friendly demeanor. Serve as the primary culinary liaison, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.
• Service Coordination:
  Oversee the execution of food and beverage service for special guests, ensuring timing, presentation, and quality meet the highest standards. Communicate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Culinary Support:
  Tend to special dietary requests, menu customizations, or culinary inquiries from guests. Assist in the preparation and final presentation of key dishes as needed.
• Professional Presence:
  Maintain a pristine, polished appearance in full chef whites as a symbol of culinary excellence. Represent the brand with professionalism and hospitality at all times.
• Logistical Oversight:
  Coordinate the setup and breakdown of dining areas for Hall of Fame functions. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-end culinary or hospitality setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for guest service and fine cuisine.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
