The cleanliness of a hotel is one of the main reasons guests return and recommend us. Hotel housekeepers have a key role in daily operations. We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining guest rooms.

This role is the “Heart of the House” and provides essential services for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. A strong housekeeping team can elevate a guest stay from good to outstanding. Experienced housekeepers who excel may grow into supervisory or management positions such as Housekeeping Supervisors, Managers, or Executive Housekeeper. • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly
• Ensure thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following the Green Program standards
• Practice safety standards and report hazards (e.g., broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, suspicious persons)
• Respect guests’ property at all times
• Care for and properly use equipment
• Report to work on time, maintain time records, and follow standards for room issuance
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor

• Housekeeping experience desirable
• Neat, pleasant personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
• Ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
