Job Description

Ensure the highest cleanliness and service standards at The Current Hotel, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection- a portfolio of unique hotels. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will play a vital quality control role, inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s exceptional standards and creating a flawless experience for every guest.

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to maintain consistent excellence in service and attention to detail.
• Document and report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies, collaborating with appropriate departments for resolution.
• Assist in organizing daily assignments and ensuring timely completion of all housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and linens, coordinating replenishment as necessary.
• Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with hotel and regulatory standards.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with quality control or inspection experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to provide feedback and work collaboratively with the team.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Marriott standards and systems is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the duration of the shift.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions such as bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Tolerance for exposure to cleaning agents and varying temperatures in work environments.
