In this role as Hospitality Manager, you will create a spirit of hospitality in the Front‑of‑the‑House by fostering a warm, positive environment, selecting friendly and talented co‑workers, and leading the human and financial resources to achieve profitable operations. As part of the restaurant operations management team, you will also be responsible for overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor, in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

• Strong, stable work history and management experience in a high‑volume, casual dining or family‑style restaurant.
• Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
