Job TitleHotel Valet Attendant – The Westin Tampa Bay (Tampa, FL)
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests and provide professional valet services.
- Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
- Answer guests’ questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities, and other available services.
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure proper return.
- Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Superior problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Thrive in fast‑paced environments and situations.
- Legible handwriting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Valid driver license.
- 18 days of Recharging Your Battery (PTO).
