What You’ll Do- Adequately build procedural and clinical product knowledge to in‑service or certify physicians and staff on the usage of our products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies by determining relevant factors of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to hospital personnel and physicians.
- Observe live procedures in the lab and operating room of accounts to gain insight into the specific preferences of each physician and staff member involved in the procedures.
- Work with appropriate personnel to help establish pricing packages that will address each individual customer/IDN needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
- Respond in a timely fashion to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing a creative and feasible solution, including working with appropriate personnel (Clinical, Marketing, Contracts) to find an optimal solution for the customer.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
- Minimum of 3 years medical device sales – preferably with Vascular Surgeons and/or Cardiologists in the peripheral vascular interventional space.
- Prior experience selling and/or supporting medical devices preferred.
- Base: $125K
- Commission: uncapped, paid out monthly (on new + existing business)
- OTE 1st Yr: $325K+
