What You’ll Do
  • Adequately build procedural and clinical product knowledge to in‑service or certify physicians and staff on the usage of our products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by determining relevant factors of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Observe live procedures in the lab and operating room of accounts to gain insight into the specific preferences of each physician and staff member involved in the procedures.
  • Work with appropriate personnel to help establish pricing packages that will address each individual customer/IDN needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
  • Respond in a timely fashion to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing a creative and feasible solution, including working with appropriate personnel (Clinical, Marketing, Contracts) to find an optimal solution for the customer.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years medical device sales – preferably with Vascular Surgeons and/or Cardiologists in the peripheral vascular interventional space.
  • Prior experience selling and/or supporting medical devices preferred.
Perks of the Role
  • Base: $125K
  • Commission: uncapped, paid out monthly (on new + existing business)
  • OTE 1st Yr: $325K+
