• Conducts gap analysis to identify organizational needs for Pathway and/or Magnet Designation.
• Consults with executive and frontline teams for implementation of Pathway and Magnet elements of performance.
• Manages coordination and project management of Pathway or Magnet document and submission to the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
• Coordinates and plans for Pathway or Magnet Survey.
• Facilitates Shared Governance Committee (SGC) meetings and activities.
• Advises shared governance committee on continuous implementation of Pathway and/or Magnet Program Elements of Performance.
• Supports frontline teams in planning and implementing initiatives for clinical excellence.
• Acts as the executive team’s liaison to frontline teams through SGC, including periodic reporting to Medical Executive Committee.
• Provides expert Performance (PI) consultation to frontline teams at unit-based councils and committees.
• Promotes positive outcomes, productivity, adaptability, resilience, and optimism using Orange Frog’s positive psychology techniques.
• Plans and implements employee engagement and advocacy programs focused on retention.
• Provides regular training courses on evidence-based Performance Improvement methodology and data-driven decision making.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s of Nursing (Required)
• Master’s Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Six Sigma – EV Accredited Issuing Body
