Job Description

• Must be Bilingual
• Hours are Monday-Thursday, 2PM-8PM
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with billing processes and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
• Provides administrative support to nurses and doctors, helping with documentation and other tasks.
• Addresses patient and family inquiries, providing information and support to enhance their experience.
• Helps train new staff on unit procedures and protocols.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Prior related work experience in a healthcare environment that provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Working knowledge of and ability to use personal computer and perform data entry.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to quickly learn and successfully complete a competency skill check off list within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible workweek including weekends, nights and overtime as required.
• Ability to multi-task.
