Registered Behavior Technician

We are a BCBA-owned, primarily private-pay company that values commitment to supporting our clients and their families. We currently provide services in the school and clinical settings. • Pay is $30-35/hour depending on experience.

This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in the Tampa Bay Area (FL). The RBT will provide direct one-on-one behavioral intervention services to clients using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data on client behavior, and reporting progress to supervising Behavior Analysts. The RBT will play a key role in supporting goals such as building communication, social, and behavioral skills in clients while maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality.

• Strong understanding of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Experience with Behavioral Intervention techniques and strategies
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and team members
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is required
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL
• CPR certification or ability to attain it is advantageous
