Tired of heavy caseloads, limited supervision, inconsistent referrals, and burnout in agency or community settings?
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates — a supportive outpatient group practice — is hiring Registered Intern Therapists (RCSWI, RMHCI, RMFTI) for our Tampa office. This is a true clinical home: stable referrals, free qualified supervision, real colleagues, intentional professional growth, and competitive pay in a structured, growth-oriented environment.
About the RoleDesigned for motivated early-career clinicians pursuing Florida licensure. At Seasons, you'll build a steady caseload with integrated supervision, full administrative support, and W-2 stability — the opposite of isolated gig platforms or high-turnover agencies.
You'll work primarily in our welcoming Tampa office, with hybrid telehealth options based on client needs.
What You’ll Do- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child psychotherapy
- Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload (starting at 15+ sessions, ramping to 24+ for full-time benefits)
- Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision (no cost to you)
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers
- Uphold high professional and ethical standards
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Currently registered (or eligible within 60 days) as RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI with the Florida Board
- Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM — high-demand hours we support)
- Commitment to building a consistent caseload of 15+ sessions/week (with our referral assistance)
- Dedication to steady growth and active supervision participation
- Prior experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health
- Confidence managing a therapy caseload
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued in our diverse community)
- Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism
As a W-2 employee, you'll earn a competitive fixed portion of the fees collected for the sessions you provide: $40–$52+ per client session (face-to-face therapy hour), paid biweekly — with zero overhead, billing, credentialing, or collections on your end.
This structure provides strong, predictable take-home pay that rewards building a steady caseload, with realistic full-time potential of $50,000–$78,000+ annualized at 24–30+ sessions/week (based on ~50 working weeks/year, supported by our consistent referrals for sustainable growth).
Included perks that add real value- Free qualified supervision (weekly, integrated — no extra cost or hassle)
- 401(k) with employer match for all employees
- Path to full benefits (health/dental/vision/group-term life) at full-time caseload (24+ sessions/week)
- Full admin support: scheduling, credentialing, billing
Many interns start in draining agency environments — we offer a nurturing, structured clinical home where your growth is prioritized and burnout is minimized.
