This is a full-time, on-site role for Product Specialists and Optimization Coaches, based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will provide personalized guidance to clients, educate them on our healthcare services, and create tailored wellness plans. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, discussing treatment options, ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring progress, and facilitating a high-end experience that aligns with the Overtime Men’s Health mission.
Additionally, you will work closely with medical professionals to support the implementation of health optimization strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client education and consultations.
- Ability to assess client needs and create personalized wellness or optimization plans.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a related field, with knowledge of hormone therapy, peptide therapy, or other specialized treatments being a plus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail for monitoring client progress and maintaining records.
- Comfortable working in a luxury, client-focused environment and delivering exceptional care.
- A positive, empathetic, and motivational mindset to build strong client relationships.
- Certification, degree, or prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or related fields is highly desirable.
