Job Description:

* Demonstrates commitment to professional and personal growth by completing mandatory educational requirements and maintaining certifications.

* Proactively supports a culture of safety and quality to protect patients and employees.

* Honors patient's rights by following privacy guidelines, HIPAA, and code of ethics.

* Assists Practice Administrator with administrative issues and problems as needed.

* Manages day-to-day clinical activities of the practice, including direct supervision of MAs, LPNs, and RNs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Excellent verbal and written communication

* Strong knowledge of EMR system

* Ability to lead and motivate others

* Extensive clinical skills in the specific specialty or specialties

* Ability to work with a variety of health care professionals and patients

Education:

* Associate's of Nursing [Required]

* Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

* N/A

Work Experience:

* 1+ years professional nursing experience [Required]

* 1+ years leadership experience [Preferred]
