Bay Care is currently in search of our newest Home Health,
Occupational Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

• Home visits in assigned service area: Tampa, FL

• Weekend Work: None

The Home Health OT provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.
Responsibilities include:

• Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.

• Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.

• Required BLS or completion of Bay Care's Basic Resuscitation Course (BRC).

• Required Certifications and Licensures: Occupational Therapist State of Florida Licensure

• Basic Life Support

• Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

• Bachelors Occupational Therapy

• Preferred Masters Occupational Therapy

• 1 year Occupational Therapy experience

• Preferred 1 year Home Care
