• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication needs.
• Provide therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home and community environments.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and families on communication strategies and techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in speech therapy.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

• Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist in Florida.
• Experience in a home health setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
