Job Description

We are seeking experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes within your geographic location (and nearby areas).This is outpatient therapy delivered at the patient's home, NOT traditional home health. As a physical therapist, your role is centered on helping others. Many PTs experience burnout; we believe there is a better way through technology, community, and fair compensation.

• State PT license
• Reliable transportation outside city centers
• 1+ years experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
