* As a BCBA at ABA Alliance Therapy, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality ABA therapy. You will be implementing child-first therapy methods, supervising behavior technicians, and engaging with families to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Manage and oversee individualized service plans
• Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians
• Conduct assessments and determine eligibility for services
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for comprehensive care
