We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Salon/Barbershop Manager to lead and support our talented team of stylists, barbers, and front desk staff at our NEW location in South Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a background in the beauty or grooming industry, passionate about customer service, team development, and business growth.

• -Oversee daily operations of the barber shop, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• -Manage and lead team , including scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations

• -Uphold Floyd's 99 Barbershop standards

• -Recruit, hire, and train new team members

• -Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

• -Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

• -Handle client concerns and feedback professionally

• -Track sales, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase revenue

• -Plan and promote marketing campaigns, special offers , and events

• -Maintain a positive and motivating work environment

• -Work closely with the owner & operations manager on business goals and improvements

• -2+ years of salon/barbershop management or leadership experience preferred

• -Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

• -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building rapport with clients and team members

• -Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and time-management abilities

• -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• -Knowledge of salon/barbershop software systems is a plus (e.g., Vagaro , Booker, Square)

• -Licensed cosmetologist or barber (preferred but not required, depending on duties)

• -Sales and marketing experience is a bonus

• -Passionate about the beauty/grooming industry and staying current with trends
