As a stylist in our salon, you are part of a team who will work together to create an unforgettable experience for our clients each and every time they visit the salon. Whether in our “fun” chairs for the littles, our xbox stations or our glamour lounge, kids and parents alike will leave with a smile because of YOU and the entire team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability AND DESIRE to work with kids - Our best earning stylists LOVE what they do
• Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling
• Listen and communicate clearly with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences
• Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends
• Ensure all treatments meet high quality standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced atmosphere
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations and maintain cleanliness of salon
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
• Work as a team to provide an exceptional client experience each and every time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current FL Cosmetology/Barber license
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Up-to-date with industry trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours
• True team player with a growth mindset
• Ability to work weekends preferred

Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
