• Provide courteous spa services to guests in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
• Perform hair styling services, including consultations, cutting, styling, coloring, and highlighting as requested.
• Explain all salon & spa services clearly to guests and stay current with trends.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area; ensure quality control of services leaving the salon.
• Assist clients in selecting retail products or services; emphasize product benefits.
• Support gaming and Seminole Tribe policies and procedures; adhere to regulations.
• Take on additional assignments as directed.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-service salon/spa.
• Valid Barber license issued by the state of Florida.
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work with guests and colleagues.
• Articulate with a professional appearance and demeanor; able to communicate effectively in English related to duties.
• Ability to complete Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports; read and understand policies and procedures.

Duties are performed in the Spa Salon near the casino floor in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with exposure to the general public and noise. Standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required. Visual and sensory abilities include close and distance vision, color perception, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
