Advantage SCI is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) requirements in Tampa, Florida and at other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. The role focuses on analytical requirements related to counter terrorism, counterinsurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural factors, and assisting with collection methodology. Work Location: Tampa, Florida

Anticipated Start: On contract award

• Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Analyzes and evaluates intelligence from diverse sources, including classified and open-source materials, HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and GEOINT.
• Conducts comprehensive research and analysis on regional trends, threat actors, political landscapes, and military capabilities to provide timely and actionable intelligence products.
• Develops and maintains expertise in specific areas relevant to the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR), such as regional politics, economics, cultures, and military organizations.
• Prepares intelligence briefings and reports to inform operational decisions, policy development, and strategic planning at various levels.
• Collaborates with interagency partners, foreign counterparts, and other intelligence analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment.
• Utilizes advanced analytical tools and methodologies to process, analyze, and visualize complex intelligence data.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of intelligence collection methodologies and limitations to evaluate the credibility and reliability of information sources.
• Works independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality intelligence products.
• Adheres to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.
• This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. Some travel/TDY CONUS or OCONUS may be required.

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of All-Source analysis experience, with a portion of experience within the last 2 years. Experience with ODNI s analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208. An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle. Working knowledge of CENTCOM AOR.
• Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (poly must be within scope — NO EXCEPTIONS). Desirable: experience at a Combatant Command or equivalent organization and in regional/political/military issues in the CENTCOM AOR. Proficiency with tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE, and CHROME. Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team and coordinate with national-level IC partners.
• Education: Master’s degree in All-Source analysis or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree and 17 years of All-Source analysis experience will be considered.
