Mortgage Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL. The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is an entry‑level role supporting various channels. In this role you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third‑party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certificate, credit, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses
• Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Mortgage industry experience required
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations

The pay range is the lowest to the highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
