A high caliber finance team is adding a Senior Accountant who thrives on ownership, precision, and continuous improvement. The group has been intentionally upgraded over the last 12–18 months and now operates with a high bar for quality and accountability. You’ll partner with a hands on leader who stays closely involved early on and progressively grants autonomy as trust is earned.

The role blends classic corporate accounting with meaningful business partnership and process modernization. You’ll work across close activities while helping evolve tools, workflows, and reporting. Curiosity, initiative, and a builder’s mindset will be rewarded with stretch work and visibility. Successful completion of background, drug and reference checks required!

• Own portions of monthly close, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review intercompany activity and eliminations.
• Manage accounting for commissions and rebates with accurate accruals and true ups.
• Maintain fixed asset records, additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Support equity roll forwards and related corporate reporting schedules.
• Assist with consolidation activities and tie outs for external financial reporting.
• Partner with a key business unit on balance sheet and P&L analytics.
• Drive process improvements that standardize and streamline close workflows.
• Contribute to the transition from spreadsheets to modern consolidation/reporting tools.
• Coordinate with auditors and cross functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver high quality work under deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Document policies, controls, and close procedures to enhance consistency and rigor.

• 3+ years of progressive corporate accounting or assurance experience
• Big 4 / CPA strongly preferred
• Strong technical foundation across intercompany, consolidations, revenue/rebate mechanics, and fixed assets.
• Exposure to public company environments and/or manufacturing a plus.
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency; comfortable with large datasets and reconciliations.
• Experience navigating multiple accounting environments (e.g., post acquisition) and change.
• Exceptional ownership, accuracy, and follow through; thrives under a high bar for quality.
• Comfortable with a hands on manager during ramp up; earns trust and autonomy quickly.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across finance, operations, and leadership.
• Willing to complete a brief assessment as part of the selection process.
