Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller for a hybrid role in the Technology industry. This position provides a unique opportunity to lead and manage the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and making strategic financial decisions that drive growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, & year‑end close processes.Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide strategic financial insights to support decision‑making.Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations.Lead the annual budgeting process and implement monthly reporting.Manage and oversee the company's ERP system.Develop and maintain financial models using Excel to support strategic initiatives.Analyze financial variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to management.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial performance, and achieve company objectives.Lead and manage the company's manufacturing accounting processes.Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.Minimum 10 years of technical accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Extensive experience with variance analysis, financials, Excel modeling, ERP, ad hoc analysis, forecasting, preparing financial reports, compliance, financial regulations, financial planning, GAAP, and strategic finance.Experience in manufacturing accounting is a plus.Strong knowledge of annual budgeting and monthly reporting.Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to present complex financial information to non‑financial audiences.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Equal Opportunity EmployerJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
