This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Tampa, FL. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with tax preparation, reconciling accounts, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The Accountant will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient financial operations.

• Strong knowledge in accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial software, data analysis, and spreadsheet management
• Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
• Proven ability to reconcile accounts and prepare accurate tax reports
• Effective communication and collaboration with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience with financial compliance and understanding of relevant regulations
• Ability to analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations
