Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and obligations
- Manage cash forecasting models to project short-term and long-term cash needs
- Execute domestic and international ACH/wire transfers and ensure proper documentation
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms, services, and fees as needed
- Oversee bank account administration, signatory controls, and treasury systems
- Administer corporate credit card programs and follow up on delinquent balances as needed
- Support management of corporate debt facilities including compliance/covenant reporting
- Manage merchant processor relationships including term/fee negotiations and activity reporting
- Coordinate with Accounting team to ensure proper classification of cash-related entries
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and short-term cash deployment strategies
- Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures;
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external/regulatory requirements - Complete corporate and individual FBAR filings as needed
- Identify and mitigate financial risks including interest rate exposure, currency exposure, liquidity risks, and counter party risk
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance treasury operations
- Support periodic information requests from customers, vendors, auditors and other external parties and manage NDA documentation
- Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial operations
- In-depth knowledge of cash management principles, banking operations, and treasury processes
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity
- Solid understanding of financial controls and compliance within treasury functions
- Experience in managing global cash positions, foreign currency transactions, and intercompany funding structures
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
